Terms of Service

1. What you’re buying

RAMSIO SaaS Starter is licensed source code, delivered as a downloadable ZIP archive — it is not a hosted service or a subscription. You are purchasing a license to use that code under the terms below, not the code itself outright (see License Grant).

2. License grant

Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy the Product for the number of projects covered by the edition and license pack you purchased (STARTER: 1 project; PRO: 3 projects; ENTERPRISE: 10 projects; multi-project and unlimited-project packs as purchased). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code itself to third parties outside a project you’re building, except under a separate Agency/White-Label Reseller License.

The full license text is included as a LICENSE file inside every downloaded edition and is the authoritative reference for scope and restrictions; these Terms summarize it for the purposes of this website.

3. Payment & delivery

Payment is processed by Razorpay, not by us directly — see our Privacy Policy for how that works. Orders are verified and delivered by our team, typically within a few hours. USD prices are not subject to GST. INR prices shown on this site already include 18% GST — the figure you see is the figure you pay, with no tax added at checkout. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Product for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent it as your own original creation when redistributing anything beyond a project you’ve built with it, or to circumvent the per-project licensing limits in Section 2. Because the Product is source-available (not obfuscated or access-gated), there is nothing to “reverse engineer” — the restriction that matters is the license scope itself, not access to the code.

5. Intellectual property

RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED owns all intellectual property rights in RAMSIO SaaS Starter. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of that IP to you — it grants the usage rights described in Section 2. Code you write on top of the Product for your own project remains yours; the underlying template code remains ours, licensed to you under these Terms.

6. Updates & support

Every purchase includes 12 months of updates and support for the edition you bought. Security and critical-bug patches remain free forever, regardless of your update window. Renewing after 12 months (at roughly 45% of your edition’s list price) continues feature updates and support access; it is never required to keep using the code you already have.

7. Refunds

Because the Product is source code delivered electronically, delivery cannot be undone — we do not offer refunds once your license key and download link have been issued. If the Product genuinely does not work as documented, contact support and we will fix it or make it right. 8. Disclaimers

The product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. RAMSIO’s total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Termination

We may revoke your license if you materially breach these Terms — most relevantly, exceeding the per-project scope in Section 2 or violating Section 4. We will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure a breach before revoking a license, except in cases of clear intentional violation. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund for any period during which the license was valid and usable.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, the DPDPA 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation, then mediation, then arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, each seated in Bengaluru.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use a Product purchased before a change does not retroactively change the license already granted to you for it.
