What this site collects directly

This website is otherwise a static informational and checkout-redirect page: it sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising/tracking scripts, and has no user accounts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, runs its own cookieless Web Analytics on every page we serve — it measures aggregate traffic (page views, load performance) without setting cookies or tracking you individually across sites; see Cloudflare’s Web Analytics page for how it works. This site also has consent-gated infrastructure for Google Analytics 4, which is not active today (no analytics ID is configured) but will only ever run if you explicitly consent via the cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy for the full detail and how to change your choice. Beyond that, the one thing this site collects directly is the contact form on our Contact page. Submitting it sends us the name, email address, topic, and message you enter, so we can reply to you. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or add you to any marketing list without a separate opt-in.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (bot/spam verification, server-side checked), an automated domain-validity check on the email you enter, and standard rate limiting. Turnstile may process your IP address and device/browser signals solely to distinguish human submissions from automated ones; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your message, and delete them on request (see Your Rights below).

What happens when you buy

Clicking a “Pay with Razorpay” button takes you to Razorpay’s own hosted checkout page, entirely outside this website. You provide your payment and contact details (name, email, billing address) directly to Razorpay, governed by their own privacy policy:

After a successful purchase, we receive your name, email address, and purchase details from the payment provider. We use this only to generate and deliver your license key, send your product download link, and provide support for your purchase. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third parties involved in delivering your purchase and handling contact messages

Beyond Razorpay (payment), a small number of processors handle your data solely to deliver your order or route your message:

• Resend (transactional email) — sends your license key and download link after a purchase, and delivers contact form submissions to our support inbox. Processes your name, email address, and (for contact submissions) your message. See resend.com’s privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) (file storage) — hosts the downloadable product ZIP behind a time-limited, purchase-specific link. Does not receive your name or email directly.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot/spam verification on the contact form) — see the previous section.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate, cookieless site-traffic measurement, run on every page by our hosting provider) — see the “What this site collects directly” section above.
• Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics) — not currently active; only runs if you explicitly consent via the cookie banner, and only once configured. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.
• Sentry (error tracking & performance monitoring) — runs on every page to catch and report software errors so we can fix them. Automatically captures technical diagnostic data (the error itself, browser/device information, the page URL, your IP address) at the moment something breaks; does not run session replay or record how you use the site. This is a strictly-necessary technical service for keeping the site working, not an analytics or advertising tool, so it is not gated behind cookie consent. See Sentry’s privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain purchase records (name, email, license key, transaction reference) for as long as needed to provide updates and support for your license, and as required by Indian tax and accounting law (generally 8 years under the Income Tax Act, 1961).

Your rights

Under DPDPA 2023 and (where applicable) GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of the purchase data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for any communications. Erasure requests may be limited where we are legally required to retain transaction records (see Data Retention above).

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer (details below). We will acknowledge DPDPA requests within 72 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product and website evolve. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
