Shipping Policy

RAMSIO SaaS Starter is a digital good — licensed source code delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped, and nothing about your order is ever mailed or couriered.
Digital delivery
Digital download: after your payment is verified, we email you a license key and a time-limited download link for the ZIP archive of the edition you purchased.
Delivery timeline: not yet automated — our team manually verifies each payment, typically within a few hours, during business hours (IST).
Delivery confirmation
You’ll receive an email at the address you used at checkout once your download is ready. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions before contacting us.
Delivery issues
If it’s been noticeably longer than a few hours since payment and you haven’t received your download, contact hello@ramsio.tech with your Razorpay payment reference and we’ll resolve it promptly.
